Returns & Refunds
If something isn't the right fit, you may return it within 30 days of delivery in its original, unused condition. Email us with your order number and we'll guide you through it; refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days of receiving your return.
Items that arrive damaged or incorrect are made right with a replacement or full refund — just send a photo within 7 days. For hygiene reasons, opened chewable items can only be returned if faulty.
